  • Abstract
    Parking area planning is an important part of transport planning. This paper first establishes a new appraisal system for parking area, respectively from the investor and the consumer´s view, and analyzes the main factor´s influence to each index. Then comparing to the model of logistics distribution center, the bi-level programming model for parking lots is put forward and a method for solution is provided. Finally verify the appraisal system by questionnaire survey.
