  • Abstract
    A state dependent algebraic Riccati equation filter (SDAREF) has been successfully applied to a rapid thermal processing system. SDAREF with a special parametrization of dynamics and sensor model (optical pyrometers) gives substantially better results than the extended Kalman filter
