  • Abstract
    The high accessibility and the efficacy of the foundation fieldbus especially in the monitoring sector have significantly enhanced the applications of this technology in various industries especially in process automation. In this paper, first the design of a laboratory pilot plant will be presented and a fieldbus control system will then be designed and implemented on it. The Smar company series 302 products have been selected for the fieldbus implementation. To have an appropriate HMI as the monitoring system, the process view software has been utilized. The resulting designed combination gives the opportunity to execute educational tests to be run.
