Abstract :
Based on the working principle of marine rudder electrohydraulic load simulator, the transfer function model of system is established and system frequency characteristic is analyzed. Based on the real time and tracking accuracy indexes, the master-slave computer control system is designed. With the existence of superfluous force, using speed compensator and acceleration compensator, the feed-forward compensator which meets the system demands is designed. To satisfy the robust demand, an adaptive fuzzy PID controller is designed. The real loading experiment results indicates that the simulator works steadily and loading accuracy of active and passive load satisfies the design indexes.
