Abstract :
Single crystal fiber, as a key component of high temperature sensor, has been widely applied in the fields of aerospace and military. The main growth parameters of single crystal fibers and their relationship are derivated and analysed in detail in this article. LHPG method abroad is introduced. Optical structures of LHPG method is simulated by Zemax software. At last, we put forward a new single crystal fiber preparation technology based on the method of LHPG and the optical simulation is operated. Through theoretical analysis and simulation results, we draw the conclusion that this technology can not only form the circular heat with variable length and more uniform temperature field in melting zone, but has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, the simple optical structure, and can be adjustment and realization. This work laid the foundation for exploring and growing single crystal fibers with higher melting point and higher-quality in the future.
