Abstract :
This paper is about the dependency among information system strategy, business strategy and organizational strategy in virtual organizations. The rapid development of information technology, especially the Internet and web based technologies, enables managers to design and create radically new, technology based organizational structures T-form organization and virtual organization. In virtual organizations, there are a strong relationships and dependencies among company´s business strategy, organizational, information and communication technology (ICT) strategy. If the companies would like to exist and to progress in the future, they have to make a real balance among these three strategies, taking in consideration the key role of ICT.
