Abstract :
A novel electrochromic device based on ZnO nanowire array has been fabricated. The novel device showed fast switching time and good stability. ZnO can be a promising candidate for an electrochromic device. With the good performance of the cell, ZnO nanowires array can be expected to develop a useful electrochromic device.
