This paper gives the reliability model of the natural gas pipeline´ corrosion residual strength, considering the ambiguity of pipeline failure criteria when making fuzzy reliability analysis, the function of the structure and function is combined with the profit and loss of the structure´s applicability, to gain a new features function, the membership function´s complement function is considered as a new random variable´s cumulative distribution function by similar the quantization process of non-normal random variable. The fuzzy random reliability is obtained by the solution of uncertainties reliability in the use of MATLAB. Finally, combining practical example, giving the fuzzy reliability´s evaluation procedure and method of pipeline´ corrosion residual strength.
