Abstract :
This paper presents a new comprehensive approach to determine the weight which is based on Grey Relational Analysis. Choosing the method which is the greatest correlation with other methods of weight determination as the benchmark and combining results of some methods effectively. Finally, this paper evaluates economic standards of 7 provinces in China correctly by the combination of Delphi method, Entropy method and Principal Component Analysis.
