Abstract :
In this work, an absolute pressure sensor is designed. The ring core of the probe is made of Fe-rich amorphous alloy ribbon. The dual inductance coils wound on the ring core is asymmetrical and derived by the multivibrator circuit. The sensor final output shows that the maximum sensitivity is 172 mV/atm and the error of repeatability is less than 3%.
