  • Abstract
Based on a practical engineering project, which uses composite foundation with CFG (long pile) & gravel piles (short pile) to deal with the soil liquefaction in Inner Mongolia, the composite foundation´s capacity and resist liquefaction ability are analyzed in the paper. Furthermore, the design and test results of the composite foundation with CFG & gravel piles are also discussed. Above conclusion becomes territorial experience on using composite foundation with CFG & gravel piles to resist liquefaction.
