Abstract
As the energy supply lack and climate deterioration, carbon emissions problem is more and more concerned by the world. For construction industry, its related products consume large amount of energy and lead to heavy carbon emissions. In order to provide a rule in evaluating low-carbon performance of buildings, an evaluation frame is given from both life-cycle and low carbon of buildings, and detailed indexes are designed for reflecting entirely building performance including energy, environment, function, economy and specification.
