Abstract
Using high Tc superconductor Josephson junctions, a harmonic mixer at W-band has been realized. A local oscillator frequency of 43 GHz is used to down-convert a signal frequency of 96 GHz to an intermediate frequency of 10 GHz. The tangential sensitivity of the mixer was measured to be about -40 dBm
