Abstract :
This paper developed a vibration data acquisition and analysis system based on axiomatic design. Based on axiomatic design theory and the knowledge of traditional design theory, it firstly introduced the hardware structure of the system, then presented functions of the system software, which was mainly focusing on drawing method of signal time-domain waveforms. Finally, this system was tested by the signal generator and QPZZ-II rotating machinery fault test system. Experiment shows that this method not only meets the functional requirements of the system, but also ensures the independence between the functions. The program is clear and modularity, which has high portability and reusability.
