  • Abstract
    This thesis is the research about the workmanship of yttrium oxide ceramic cathode. The result of the research shows that yttrium oxide ceramic cathode possesses the characteristics of long serving time, environment protection, perfect uniformity in workmanship, and so on, so it can satisfy the requirement of high power pulse magnetron; be qualified in taking the place of radioactive thorium oxide cathode; and create more economic and social benefit.
