Research on the collaborative development of enterprise informationization and enterprise culture

The 21st century is the era of information economy, enterprise informationization is the route that the modern enterprises must take. However, many of our businesses invested in a lot of money, human and material resources, but the harvest is very small, which can´t enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. One important reason is that enterprises lack of or ignore the construction and implementation of enterprise culture which matching informationization. Through deep research on the relationship between enterprise informationization and enterprise culture, this paper argues that not only needs the business leaders to attach importance to and personally involved in the building of enterprise culture, but also need to strengthen the training on staffs change and innovation awareness, creating a good atmosphere to accelerate the integration of the two, so as to achieve coordinated development between them.
