  • Abstract
    The paper takes NC machine as object, mainly introduced the reasoning mechanism of NC machine tool fault diagnosis, namely, RBR and CBR coordinated operation diagnosis mechanism. Rules, cases and feature data are separately stored in the database combined with the structure and functions of NC machine tool. Rules are summarized from cases, and take diagnostic reasoning under the help of RBF cloud-neural network, which overcomes the shortcoming of hard access, and rules also as a guider in case reasoning on the other hand, which makes the fault fast positioned, improves the efficiency of diagnosis. At last, the paper takes JSP as development technology, Spring + hibernate + Struts2 as a framework, developed B/S NC machine tool failure diagnosis system, which has better diagnostic capabilities.
