Abstract :
Considering the influence of relevance among multi factors on buildings´ damage, the power transmission mechanism that can reflect the damage relevance is introduced to the appraisal standard of damage in dangerous houses (JGJ125-99) hierarchical fuzzy evaluation model. The item description model uses the model of force-delivery tree, puts forward new housing risk and risk rating formulas derivation method of model parameters. The safety appraisal of practical application for Ezhou city primary school by Hubei province shows that the item dangerous evaluation model considering damage can reduce error of judgment.
