Abstract
The current distributions on the transmission line and the microstrip dipole of an EMC feeding antenna are determined with an improved Chebyshev decomposition method which is used to evaluate the Sommerfeld integrals involved in the expression of Green´s functions. Numerical results and comparisons with data published in the literature are given. It is found that the present improved method has much higher computational efficiency than the original calculation, while retaining the same accuracy
