Abstract :
In this paper, on the basis of the off-axis circle criterion, a sufficient condition with simple graphical explanations is derived to guarantee the global asymptotic stability of the simplest Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy control system. Two numerical examples are given to demonstrate how to use this criterion in analyzing the T-S fuzzy control systems.
