  • Abstract
High-strength concrete has been taken into account by more and more people due to its good features of high compressive strength, strong resistance to deformation, denseness, low porosity, good fluidity and durability. But it has not been widely used in high-rise housing construction as its poor ductility. Based on the application of C80 high-strength concrete in the high-rise apartment of the Tianshi Square, which is the first application of C80 high-strength concrete in Anhui Province, the properties of materials, the design of mix proportion, construction technology and the control of quality about high-strength concrete in this project are introduced. The experimental comparative analysis of concrete strength and slumps with ordinary concrete are also given, which provides reference for the design and construction of high-strength concrete in engineering of high-rise housing construction.
