Abstract :
In this paper, we propose the method that estimates the power level for each subcarrier in one multicarrier system. According to interference analysis, the power levels are assigned with suitable values. Based on the Cognitive Engine implementation, all parameters will be configured and driven to reach the optimal goal. In order to enable dynamic spectrum access (DSA), this approach will attempt to minimize transmission error, power consumption and interference caused by a radio wireless system. Applying Two dimensional structure of chromosomes to two kinds of Genetic algorithm that provides some insight on using fitness objectives and how to make satisfactory decision.
