Abstract
This paper discusses the optimization problem of three gorges ship gates running based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP). After considering the influence of qualitative and quantitative factors in three gorges ship gates running. An expert´s experience and judgment synchronized into hierarchy structure for making an integrated analysis and judgment towards the considered problem. The result show that the used approach made the running process selection more overall, more scientific, and more precise.
