Abstract :
The field emission display device should have the same display quality as that of cathode ray tube. Therefore, a few different structures of the triode for the FEDs have been studied deeply. In our previous studies, the surface-conduction field emission (SCFE) structure has been proposed Because the SCFE structure can be fabricated very easily with low cost, it may have a promising application in FEDs.
