Abstract :
With the market-oriented reform of wastewater treatment plants, the Beijing municipal government is changing its roles, and has progressively strengthened its supervision of urban wastewater treatment plants. To strengthen government supervision, we have developed an information management system to supervise Beijing´s urban wastewater treatment plants.
