Abstract :
Summary form only given. Under acute perturbations from outer environment, cell can trigger self-defense mechanisms in response to genome stresses. To illustrate the kinetics of DNA damage repair at single cell level, a model was proposed by using the mathematical kinetic theory of active particles (KTAP) under acute ion radiation (IR). The aim of this paper is trying to explain the cellular self-repair mechanisms by through investigating cellular particle interactions in response genome stresses.
