Abstract :
Pressure distribution detection plays a crucial role in many applications, biomedical, industrial manufacturing and so on. Thus, the film pressure sensor grid had been developed to carry out this task. In the paper, the data acquisition system of this grid has been presented. Moreover, the framework, design and implementation method have also been detailed, which can conveniently obtain the pressure value of different sensor points in the grid. After the initial processing, the pressure distribution data are sent to the software on the PC for further handle. Then, they are stored into database and displayed on screen in different ways. At last, an case is also presented.
