Abstract :
In this paper, a common type of actuator failures in which some system unknown inputs stuck at some unknown fixed values and at unknown time instants is assumed and a model reference adaptive controller is suggested for state delay systems with this type of actuator failures. For this purpose, we generalize the new two component controller structure introduced recently for output- feedback model reference adaptive control of state delay systems to the case that actuator failures occurs in this systems. Closed-loop system stability and output tracking are proved using a suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and the effectiveness of the theoretical results has been illustrated through simulation results.
