Abstract :
The investigation into the wind-environment of bridge on complex terrain involves these factors, such as geometry of structure, plane position, height, direction of inflow, surrounding terrain, upstream landform etc. Being lack of the research reserves, the designer can´t accurately forecast the wind-induced response of the structure on the complex terrain. And the most effective way of the wind characteristics research is to carry out long-term wind observations in the field and local wind characteristic parameters and experience model are given by Statistical analysis is given by the statistical analysis. Combining the actual engineering, a data processing system of wind speed observation based on Borland C++ Builder is compiled. Through the analysis for 17 months field measured data, the distribution of strong wind characteristics such as, the mean wind velocity, direction, turbulence intensity, gust factor and turbulence integral length is obtained and the type of its surface is determined. It provides some reference and guidance for similar structure design.
