Performance improvement dashboard for the perioperative services area

The goal of this project was to create a tool that would allow hospital administration and management in the operating room to effectively monitor various performance indicators of the business in the perioperative services area. By providing management with the capability to track performance, they will also be able to target areas in which to effect change, thus improving things such as patient safety, patient satisfaction, and the bottom line.
