Abstract :
This paper presents a novel design for the high efficiency 1.9 GHz class F power amplifier module with a predistiortion linearizer for CDMA in IS-95. Efficiency and linearity are evaluated with a class F power amplifier and a class AB power amplifier. Further improvement was attained using a low cost RF predistortion linearizer. There was good agreement with experiments and simulations
