Abstract
This paper extends development of the Organizational Exchange Model (OEM), an enterprise model that posits resource exchanges are the defining property of organizations. Several network analysis techniques are suggested to support analysis of organizations modeled as networks of exchanges. A case study of a non-profit retail organization demonstrates the model´s use for organizational analysis. A prototype computer-based tool for OEM development is described. Organizational decision support systems (ODSSs) are posited to be the primary technology for implementing an enterprise-wide organizational model
