Study of the method for rural road planning based on stakeholder theory

This paper analyses the exsiting planning theory of rural roads in china. Through analysis into the background of rural roads development in the country, the paper puts forward a new planning method for rural roads based on the stakeholder theory; it also discusses the focus of rural road planning and the relevant institutional arrangement. Finally, exemplification is applied to prove the rationality and feasibility of this planning method.
