  • Abstract
    Our paper developed a business process modeling solution for human resource management in services companies. We link personality types to several abilities, grouped in two categories: minimum abilities and transferable abilities and follow individual performance and transferable abilities in recruitment and promotion process for a call center company. Campaigne indicators for case-study company was obtained using a SaaS solution.
