Abstract :
This paper discusses about microwave sulfur lamp. It is a kind of electrodeless lamp which can produce a pleasant spectrum similar to the sun in the plasma state excited by microwave energy in a resonant cavity, which can be used in large scale lighting, such as stadium, train station, air port, and disaster´s relief and so on. Some typical applications of sulfur lamp, which have been made by us and Midea Group, used in golf course and moveable lighting.
