An approach to communication interface and framework for distribution execution of power function
Abstract :
Software for supervision and control of power network are large scale system. Such system handle tens of millions of input data using complex mathemathical calculation. Taking in consideration amount of input data such calculation require a significant amount of resources. Under the current circumstances, when the processors are facing the well-known frequency wall and memory limit calculation can not be executed on one computer. An example of the software architecture for supervision and control of distribution power system is DMS developed by TelventDMS LLC, Novi Sad. This paper expand DMS for distribution of data of power network and distribution execution of power function such as distributed topology analysis and load flow calculation.
