Abstract :
This paper presents a universal segregation growth technique for batch production of high-quality wafer-scale graphene from non-noble metal films containing trace amounts of carbons. The extended applications of TiO2-based photocatalysis on engineering the single or few layer graphene under ordinary air ambience are also demonstrated.
