The thinking about waterfront ecology entertainment design in the city

Ecological functions and recreational functions of urban waterfront landscape design play a decisive role and are two functions of great necessity. However, in the practice of actual design, the contradictions appear so often that it has become the bottleneck which restricts the realization of the landscape\´s value. In order to overcome the contradictions between the two functions, this thesis inspired by the traditional Chinese philosophy of "Tian ren he yi", proposes a precise position of this matter which is "The harmony and unity of the ecological and recreational functions" And generally derives a conclusion of "The mode of design of waterfront ecology entertainment in the city".
