Abstract
A fuel constrained unit commitment (FCUC) program has been designed to economically schedule both firm (take-or-pay) and nonfirm gas contracts over a set of dual fuel generating units with the capability to mix gas and oil. Limits on the fuel mixture ratios exist, and additional gas pipeline constraints are enforced
