China´s urbanization process has been accelerated since the Reform and Opening-up. Although it makes a lot of successes, it also brings some problems which affected China´s economic and society´s sustainable development. China´s special national conditions and development stage determine the complexity of China´s urbanization process. In this article, we focus on causes of the Delay-urbanization and Passive Urbanization and propose solutions which can promote the urbanization in China.
