  • Abstract
    Trend analysis was introduced on the development of test strategies and test methods, through the analysis of 2D-Forward Modeling System characteristics. Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats are listed here, through internal and external factors investigation of the test; the suitable testing strategies and testing methods of 2D-Forward Modeling System were made out, after the analyzing of these factors. A new testing method was applied to reduce risks generating from wrong-guessing method. Finally, effectiveness of trend analysis in formulating testing strategies and testing methods was verified, through statistical analysis of the test results.
