Abstract
In this paper, using the plasma emission spectrometry to measure the content of Cr(VI) in aqueous, researched the impact of particle size of the tailings, the tailings dosage, pH, adsorption time, adsorption temperature on the adsorption of Cr (VI) with tailings, and with the Langmuir, Freundlich isotherm model fitted to determine the absorption law via indoor simulation experiments. Experimental results indicated that: Under the certain conditions of tailings particle size, pH, temperature, adsorption time and dosage, the adsorption rate and adsorption capacity reached 43.44%, 0.1086 mg/g; The isothermal adsorption of Cr(VI) with mine tailings consistented with Langmuir adsorption isotherm model ,and indicated as chemical adsorption characteristics, mainly for ion exchange and surface complexation. Tailings on the adsorption of Cr(VI) has a certain effect, but not ideal demanded further research and exploration.
