Abstract :
In recent years, China\´s higher vocational education has maintained sustained and rapid development. However, higher vocational schools encounter the problems of similar measures, material orientation and too-simple grades in the aspect of incentives of double-qualified teachers. This paper conducts this analysis from the perspective of content-based incentive theory, and proposes several suggestions to rationalize the incentives of double-qualified teachers: (1) comprehensively and thoroughly understand the connotation of double-qualified teachers; (2) establish a reasonable evaluation system on "double-qualified" teachers; (3) construct and perfect the "double-qualified" teacher incentive system at multiple levels.
