Abstract
An insertion device (ID) is proposed to measure small vertical angular divergence and relative energy spread of electron beam in a low-emittance synchrotron light source. It was numerically studied that the vertical angular divergence in the sub-μrad range and the relative energy spread of the 10-3order could be measured.
