The technological research of T/R module for engineering application

This paper describes the configuration and performance of T/R module used for the small scale array of multifunction phased array radar. The transmitting channel, receiving channel, structure and cooling design of the T/R module are introduced. The technological problems such as the design, test process and tuning of the T/R modules for engineering application are analysed. The measures to reduce costs and improve reliability are also described
