Abstract :
This paper describes the recently started interdisciplinary, industry-sponsored graduate program entitled VLSI Design, Tools & Technology at IIT Delhi. In a short span of 5 years, the program has achieved considerable popularity with students as well as the sponsoring industry. The paper also briefly describes the range of courses available to the students as well as the current status of the program.
