Abstract :
The developed switched reluctance variable speed generator system was introduced. The component parts of the system and the turn-on angle control strategy were presented. The fuzzy logic algorithm for constant output power control was described. The variation of the phase winding DC output voltage and the variation of the phase winding DC output current were the two input control parameters. The turn-on angle of the main switches was the output control parameter. The experimental tested results of the prototype were given.
