Abstract
Strategic alliance between enterprises is an important platform for inter-organizational learning. However, different enterprises in the strategic alliance do not have the same learning outcomes, which depend on various factors. From the enterprise itself, it mainly relates to learning motivation and learning ability. This paper proposed the model of the relationship between the enterprise´s learning motivation, learning ability and inter-organizational learning, and then it proposed hypotheses. Through questionnaires, 195 valid samples were collected. The paper verified the hypotheses. The results show that the learning motivation has a positive correlation with inter-organizational learning. Learning ability has a positive correlation with inter-organizational learning.
