  • Abstract
    Document image skew adjusting is just a very important step in the course of image processing, for skew images can cause the characters to be deformed obviously and then the latter recognized effect could decline rapidly. This paper puts forward a new detecting method to obliquity. It can choose detecting method on the basis of feedback information which is recognized by OCR, thus to some extent it overcomes a certain algorithm´s flaws that have not a good universality to all the texts.
