Abstract :
In order to analyze the mechanical behavior of large prestressed steel structures in construction process, working principle of state variable superposition method and nonlinear analysis method based on mechanics of time-varying structures was studied. Flow diagrams of the two methods were established. Based on platform of ANSYS-a large finite element program, computing programs of state variable superposition method and tension cable cooling method considering nonlinear were worked out. It is pointed out that method of state variable superposition is applicable to construction simulation of rigid structures and the method considering nonlinear is more applicable to semi rigid or flexible prestressed steel structure. Tension cable cooling method was improved to better simulate pretensioning process of tension cable. Heating-cooling algorithm based on nonlinear method was proposed. Example shows that these methods were feasible to analyze construction process of prestressed steel structure. Characteristic of each method was summarized.
